Pancakes
Ingrediente:
- 125 grame faina de grau;
- 5 grame praf de copt;
- 1/2 lingurita bicarbonat de sodiu;
- 1 varf praf de sare;
- 10 grame zahar;
- 240 mL lapte;
- 1 ou;
- 30 grame unt topit;
- 1 esenta de vanilie;
- 2 banane feliate;
- ulei pentru prajit;
- 60 grame nuca maruntita;
- 4 linguri de miere;
- 1 lingurita scortisoara.

Mod de preparare:
Intr-un bol se amesteca faina, praful de copt, bicarbonatul de sodiu, sarea si zaharul. Separat intr-un alt bol se bate oul cu ajutorul unui tel iar peste oul batut se adauga laptele, untul topit si esenta de vanilie. Se amesteca totul foarte bine. Se toarna amestecul lichid peste ingredientele uscate si se amesteca pana cand compozitia capata un aspect omogen. Se unge o tigaie antiaderenta cu putin ulei si cand uleiul s-a incalzit se adauga un polinic din compozitia pentru clatite. Clatita se prajeste la foc mediu pana cand apar bule pe suprafata ei si pana cand marginile devin aurii. Intoarceti clatita pe cealalta parte si prajit-o inca cateva minute. La fel procedati si pentru restul de clatite. Se pot servi cu miere, nuca maruntita, scortisoara sau banane feliate.

a pinch of salt;
10 grams sugar;
240 milliliters milk;
1 egg;
30 grams melted butter;
1 teaspoon vanilla extract;
2 bananas, sliced;
oil for frying;
60 grams chopped walnuts;
4 tablespoons honey;
1 teaspoon cinnamon.
Preparation time: 30 minutes
Servings: 8 pancakes
Method of preparation:
In a bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and sugar. In a separate bowl, whisk the egg, then add the milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract, and mix very well. Pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients and stir until the batter becomes smooth and well combined. Lightly grease a non-stick pan with a little oil, and once the oil is hot, add a ladle of pancake batter. Cook over medium heat until bubbles appear on the surface and the edges turn golden. Flip the pancake and cook for a few more minutes. Repeat with the remaining batter. Serve with honey, chopped walnuts, cinnamon, or sliced bananas.
