Prajitura Negresa de post/Vegan chocolate brownie cake
Ingrediente pentru prajitura:
- 200 grame de faina de grau;
- 200 grame zahar;
- 50 grame de cacao;
- 120 mL ulei;
- 250 mL lapte vegetal;
- 1 plic praf de copt;
- 1 esenta de vanilie;
- 1 varf praf de sare.
Ingrediente pentru glazura de ciocolata:
- 200 mL smantana vegetala;
- 50 grame cacao;
- 150 grame zahar;
- 1 esenta de rom;
- 100 grame nuca maruntita (optional).

Mod de preparare:
Intr-un bol mare, amestecati faina, zaharul, pudra de cacao, praful de copt si praful de sare. Peste aceste ingrediente adaugati treptat uleiul, laptele vegetal care este caldut si esenta de vanilie. Mixati totul cu ajutorului unui mixer pana cand aluatul capata o textura omogena. Turnati aluatul intr-o tava care este tapetata cu hartie de copt. Puneti tava in cuptorul preincalzit la 180°C, timp de 30 de minute sau pana cand trece testul scobitorii.
In timp ce prajitura se coace la cuptor, puteti face glazura de ciocolata. Intr-o oala puneti smantana vegetala, cacao si zahar. Puneti oala pe foc si amestecati incet si constant pana cand glazura capata o consistenta mai groasa. La final adaugati esenta de rom si amestecati. Lasati glazura sa se raceasca pentru cateva minute.
Cand prajitura s-a racit, puteti sa turnati glazura de ciocolata si sa ornati cu nuca maruntita. Prajitura este un desert simplu, foarte usor de facut si delicios!

· 200 milliliters plant-based cooking cream;
· 50 grams cocoa powder;
· 150 grams sugar;
· 1 teaspoon rum extract;
· 100 grams chopped walnuts (optional).

Method of preparation:
In a large bowl, mix the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add the oil, the lukewarm plant-based milk, and the vanilla extract. Mix with a mixer until the batter becomes smooth and evenly combined. Pour the batter into a baking pan lined with baking paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 30 minutes, or until it passes the toothpick test.
While the cake is baking, you can make the chocolate glaze. In a saucepan, add the plant-based cooking cream, cocoa powder, and sugar. Place the saucepan over heat and stir slowly and constantly until the glaze thickens. At the end, add the rum extract and stir. Let the glaze cool for a few minutes.
Once the cake has cooled, pour the chocolate glaze on top and decorate with chopped walnuts, if desired. This cake is a simple dessert, very easy to make, and delicious!
