Paste cu fructe de mare/Seafood pasta
Ingrediente:
- 100 grame unt;
- 1 ceapa alba;
- ¼ ardei gras rosu;
- 3 linguri de ulei;
- 100 grame rosii cherry;
- ¼ lingura oregano;
- ¼ lingura ierburi italiene;
- ¼ lingura busuioc uscat;
- 3 catei de usturoi;
- 1/2 lamaie;
- 700 grame mix fructe de mare (creveti, calamar, surimi, scoici, midii);
- 250 grame Spaghete Nero di sepia;
- ¼ legatura de patrunjel verde;
- sare;
- piper.

Mod de preparare:
Ceapa si ardeiul gras se curata, se spala si sunt taiate marunt. Intr-o tigaie adaugati 100 grame de unt si 2 linguri de ulei. Cand untul s-a topit, puneti ceapa si ardeiul gras. Lasati cateva minute pana cand ceapa capata o tenta aurie. Puneti rosiile cherry spalate si taiate in jumatati. Adaugati 250 mL apa si lasati totul sa fiarba cateva minute. Puneti mixul de fructe de mare. Adaugati: sare, piper, oregano, ierburi italiene, busuioc uscat si 1/2 lamaie taiata felii. Amestecati foarte bine si lasati sa fierba la foc mediu. Separat intr-o oala puneti apa rece, 1 lingurita de sare si 1 lingura de ulei. Cand apa a inceput sa fiarba adaugati pastele si lasati-le 8 minute la fiert. Cand pastele s-au fiert, folositi o sita pentru a le scurge de apa. Adaugati pastele fierte in tigaie. Amestecati totul, adaugati usturoi si mai lasati pe foc 4-5 minute. La final puneti patrunjel verde tocat marunt.

· 1 white onion;
· 1/4 red bell pepper;
· 3 tablespoons oil;
· 100 grams cherry tomatoes;
· 1/4 tablespoon oregano;
· 1/4 tablespoon Italian seasoning;
· 1/4 tablespoon dried basil;
· 3 garlic cloves;
· 1/2 lemon;
· 700 grams mixed seafood (shrimp, squid, surimi, clams, mussels);
· 250 grams Nero di Seppia spaghetti;
· 1/4 bunch fresh parsley;
· salt;
· black pepper.

Method of preparation:
Peel and wash the onion and the bell pepper, then chop them finely. In a frying pan, add the 100 grams of butter and 2 tablespoons of oil. Once the butter has melted, add the onion and the bell pepper and cook for a few minutes until the onion turns lightly golden. Add the cherry tomatoes, washed and cut in halves. Pour in 250 milliliters of water and let everything simmer for a few minutes. Add the mixed seafood. Season with salt, black pepper, oregano, Italian seasoning, dried basil, and the 1/2 lemon sliced into rounds. Stir very well and simmer over medium heat.
Meanwhile, in a separate pot, add cold water, 1 teaspoon salt, and 1 tablespoon oil. When the water comes to a boil, add the pasta and cook for 8 minutes. Drain the pasta in a colander, then add the cooked pasta to the pan. Mix everything together, add the garlic, and cook for another 4 to 5 minutes. At the end, add the finely chopped fresh parsley.
