Supa crema de spanac/Creamy spinach soup
Ingrediente:
· 400 grame spanac congelat/proaspat;
· 1 ceapa medie;
· 1 cartof mare;
· 2 catei de usturoi;
· 1 litru de apa;
· 200 mL smantana pentru gatit;
· 2 linguri ulei de masline;
· sare si piper dupa gust;
· 1 varf praf de nucsoara.

Mod de preparare:
Spanacul se spala bine si se scurge. Ceapa, usturoiul si cartoful se curata, ceapa se toaca marunt, iar cartofii se taie cuburi. Intr-o oala se incalzeste uleiul de masline, se caleste ceapa pana devine translucida, apoi se adauga usturoiul si se mai gateste foarte putin. Se pune cartoful taiat in cuburi si un litru de apa, se fierbe totul pana cand cartofii sunt aproape fragezi, apoi se adauga spanacul si se mai fierbe 2-3 minute, cat sa se inmoaie. Continutul se paseaza cu blenderul pana se obtine o crema fina, se adauga smantana, sare, piper si nucsoara, se amesteca si se mai lasa pe foc mic cateva minute. Supa crema se serveste calda, simpla sau cu crutoane ori seminte.

• 1 medium onion;
• 1 large potato;
• 2 cloves of garlic;
• 1 liter of water;
• 200 mL cooking cream;
• 2 tablespoons olive oil;
• salt and pepper to taste;
• 1 pinch of nutmeg.

Method of preparation:
The spinach is washed well and drained. The onion, garlic, and potato are peeled; the onion is finely chopped and the potato is cut into cubes. Heat the olive oil in a pot, sauté the onion until translucent, then add the garlic and cook briefly. Add the cubed potato and one liter of water and boil until the potatoes are almost tender, then add the spinach and cook for another 2–3 minutes, just until softened. Blend everything until a smooth cream is obtained, add the cooking cream, salt, pepper, and nutmeg, mix well, and simmer over low heat for a few more minutes. The cream soup is served hot, plain or with croutons or seeds.
