Drob vegetal/Vegetarian loaf
Ingrediente:
- 300 grame linte verde;
- 2 morcovi;
- 2 cepe;
- 2 legaturi de usturoi verde;
- 2 legaturi de ceapa verde;
- 1 legatura de patrunjel verde;
- 1 galbenus de ou crud;
- 3 oua fierte;
- 300 grame ciuperci;
- boia dulce;
- cimbru uscat;
- sare;
- piper;
- 3 linguri de ulei.

Timp de preparare: 1 ora 30 minute
Mod de preparare:
Lintea verde se spala si se pune la fiert intr-o oala. Intre timp se curata ceapa si morcovul, se spala si se toaca marunt. La fel procedati si pentru ciuperci. Intr-o tigaie se pun cele 3 linguri de ulei iar cand uleiul este incalzit se adauga ceapa, morcovul si ciupercile taiate. Se amesteca bine si se lasa cateva minute pe foc. Usturoiul verde, ceapa verde si patrunjelul se spala si se toaca marunt. Cand lintea a fiert, se scurge de apa si se pune intr-un bol. In acelasi bol peste linte se adauga amestecul de ceapa, morcov si ciuperci. Dupa adaugati ceapa, usturoiul si patrunjelul verde. Se amesteca totul foarte bine cu o spatula. Se condimenteaza cu sare, piper, boia dulce si cimbru uscat. O tava de chec se tapeteaza cu hartie de copt. Jumatate din compozitia pentru drob se pune in tava, peste aceasta compozitie se pun cele 3 oua fierte iar restul de compozitie ramasa se toarna deasupra. Inainte de a se da la cuptor, se va unge checul cu un galbenus de ou batut. Tava se da la cuptor (preincalzit la 200° C) timp de 50 minute. Drobul se feliaza dupa ce este complet racit. Eu am incercat sa fac ambele variante: cu oua fierte si fara in interior. Ambele variante sunt foarte gustoase.

1 bunch fresh parsley;
1 raw egg yolk;
3 hard-boiled eggs;
300 grams mushrooms;
sweet paprika;
dried thyme;
salt;
black pepper;
3 tablespoons oil.

Preparation time: 1 hour and 30 minutes
Method of preparation:
Rinse the green lentils and boil them in a pot. Meanwhile, peel the onions and carrots, wash them, and chop them finely. Do the same with the mushrooms. Heat the 3 tablespoons of oil in a frying pan, then add the chopped onions, carrots, and mushrooms. Stir well and cook for a few minutes. Wash the green garlic, green onions, and parsley, then chop them finely. When the lentils are cooked, drain them and transfer them to a bowl. Add the cooked onion, carrot, and mushroom mixture to the lentils, then add the chopped green onions, green garlic, and parsley. Mix everything very well with a spatula. Season with salt, black pepper, sweet paprika, and dried thyme. Line a loaf pan with baking paper. Spoon half of the mixture into the pan, place the 3 hard-boiled eggs on top, then cover with the remaining mixture. Before baking, brush the top with the beaten egg yolk. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 50 minutes. Slice the loaf only after it has cooled completely. I tried both versions, with hard-boiled eggs inside and without, and both are very tasty.
