Lava cake cu ciocolata alba/White chocolate lava cake
Ingrediente:
· 180 grame ciocolata alba;
· 100 grame unt;
· 2 oua;
· 2 galbenusuri;
· 60 grame zahar pudra;
· 30 grame faina alba cernuta;
· 1/2 lingurita esenta de lamaie;
· 1/2 lingurita esenta de portocala;
· ½ coaja de la o lamaie;
· ½ coaja de la o portocala;
· 1 praf de sare.

Mod de preparare:
Se topeste ciocolata alba impreuna cu untul la bain-marie, amestecand pana devin o crema omogena. Se lasa deoparte sa se raceasca putin. Intr-un bol separat, se bat ouale, galbenusurile si zaharul pudra pana devin spumoase. Se adauga esenta de lamaie, esenta de portocala, coaja rasa de lamaie si portocala si un praf de sare. Se toarna ciocolata topita cu untul peste oua si se amesteca usor. Apoi se pune faina cernuta si se amesteca pana la omogenizare. Formele de aluminiu se ung cu unt si se pudreaza cu faina sau zahar pudra. Se toarna compozitia in forme, cam trei sferturi din capacitate. Se coc in cuptorul incins la 200°C timp de 12 minute. Se lasa 2 minute sa se raceasca, apoi se rastoarna usor pe farfurii. Se pot servi cu zahar pudra, frisca, inghetata sau sos de fructe.

• 2 egg yolks;
• 60 grams powdered sugar;
• 30 grams sifted white flour;
• 1/2 teaspoon lemon extract;
• 1/2 teaspoon orange extract;
• zest from 1/2 lemon;
• zest from 1/2 orange;
• a pinch of salt.

Method of preparation:
Melt the white chocolate together with the butter using a bain-marie, stirring until smooth and creamy. Set aside to cool slightly. In a separate bowl, beat the whole eggs, egg yolks, and powdered sugar until the mixture becomes light and foamy. Add the lemon extract, orange extract, grated lemon and orange zest, and a pinch of salt. Pour the melted chocolate and butter into the egg mixture and gently stir to combine. Sift in the flour and mix just until smooth.
Grease aluminum molds with butter and dust them with flour or powdered sugar. Pour the batter into the molds, filling them about three-quarters full. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (392°F) for 12 minutes. Let the cakes rest for 2 minutes, then carefully turn them out onto plates. Serve with powdered sugar, whipped cream, ice cream, or fruit sauce.
