Paste din orez cu creveti/Rice noodles with shrimp
Ingrediente:
- 250 grame taitei din orez;
- 250 grame creveti decorticati;
- 20 grame unt;
- 3 catei de usturoi;
- 1 ou;
- 1 ardei gras rosu;
- 1 ardei iute bird’s eye chili;
- susan;
- 1 lingura sos de soia;
- 2 linguri de ulei;
- sare;
- piper.

Mod de preparare:
Intr-o tigaie se pune untul. Cand untul s-a topit, se adauga crevetii decorticati si spalati. Peste creveti se pune usturoiul dat prin presa, sosul de soia, sare, piper, ardeiul gras taiat fasii si ardeiul iute. Se adauga un pahar de apa si se lasa la fiert pana cand apa scade, crevetii se fierb si sosul se formeaza.
Separat intr-un bol se sparge un ou si se bate cu furculita, se adauga sare si piper. O tigaie se unge cu ulei. In ea se pune oul batut pentru omleta. Lasati cateva minute pana cand omleta este prajita pe ambele parti. Omleta gata facuta se scoate din tigaie si se pune pe un servetel din hartie (pentru a elimina excesul de ulei). Omleta se taie feliute subtiri (fasii). Feliutele de omleta se adauga in tigaia cu creveti si se amesteca cu sosul. Intr-o oala se pune la fiert apa cu sare. Cand apa a inceput sa fiarba se inchide focul iar in apa fierbinte se adauga taiteii din orez. Taiteii se lasa in apa timp de 3-5 minute dupa se scurg de apa si se adauga in tigaie peste creveti si omleta. Amestecati taiteii in tigaie si mai lasati pe foc cateva minute. La sfarsit puteti sa adaugati susan.

3 garlic cloves;
1 egg;
1 red bell pepper;
1 bird’s eye chili;
sesame seeds;
1 tablespoon soy sauce;
2 tablespoons oil;
salt;
pepper.

Method of preparation:
Melt the butter in a skillet. When melted, add the washed peeled shrimp. Over the shrimp, add the pressed garlic, soy sauce, salt, pepper, bell pepper cut into strips, and the chili. Pour in one glass of water and simmer until the water reduces, the shrimp cook, and the sauce forms.
Separately, crack the egg into a bowl, beat with a fork, and season with salt and pepper. Grease a skillet with oil. Pour in the beaten egg to make an omelette. Cook for a few minutes until set on both sides. Remove the omelette and place on a paper towel to drain excess oil. Slice the omelette into thin strips. Add the strips to the skillet with the shrimp and mix into the sauce.
In a pot, bring salted water to a boil. Turn off the heat and add the rice noodles. Soak for 3–5 minutes, then drain and add to the skillet with the shrimp and omelette. Stir the noodles in the skillet and cook for a few more minutes. At the end, sprinkle with sesame seeds.
