Pere coapte/Baked pears
Ingrediente:
· 2 pere;
· 80 grame branza feta;
· 2 lingurite de miere;
· 2 linguri de nuci tocate grosier;
· 2 linguri merisoare uscate;
· 1 praf de scortisoara;
· 40 grame bacon taiat cubulete mici.

Mod de preparare:
Preincalzeste cuptorul la 200°C si tapeteaza o tava cu hartie de copt. Spala perele, taie-le pe lung in jumatati si scobeste miezul cu semintele, astfel incat sa ramana o adancitura pentru umplutura, apoi aseaza-le in tava cu partea taiata in sus. Intr-o tigaie, prajeste baconul taiat cubulete, la foc mediu, pana devine usor crocant, apoi scoate-l pe un servetel sa se scurga. Faramiteaza branza feta intr-un bol si amestec-o cu nucile tocate grosier, merisoarele, baconul prajit si un praf de scortisoara. Umple adanciturile perelor cu acest amestec, apasand usor, apoi stropeste perele la suprafata cu miere. Coace-le 20 de minute, pana cand perele se inmoaie usor si feta se rumeneste usor pe margini. Serveste perele calde.

2 tablespoons coarsely chopped walnuts;
2 tablespoons dried cranberries;
1 pinch ground cinnamon;
40 grams bacon, cut into small cubes.

Method of preparation:
Preheat the oven to 200°C and line a baking tray with baking paper. Wash the pears, cut them in half lengthwise and scoop out the core and seeds to create a small cavity for the filling, then place them in the tray, cut side up. In a pan, fry the diced bacon over medium heat until it becomes slightly crispy, then transfer it onto a paper towel to drain. Crumble the feta cheese into a bowl and mix it with the coarsely chopped walnuts, dried cranberries, fried bacon and a pinch of cinnamon. Fill the cavities of the pears with this mixture, pressing it down gently, then drizzle the pears with honey on top. Bake for 20 minutes, until the pears soften slightly and the feta is lightly browned around the edges. Serve the pears warm.
