Supa crema de creveti/Creamy shrimp soup
Ingrediente:
- 250 grame creveti decorticati fara codita;
- 6 catei de usturoi;
- 1 ceapa;
- ¼ telina;
- 1 pastarnac;
- 1 patrunjel radacina;
- 4 cartofi mari;
- 50 grame unt;
- 2 linguri de ulei;
- 150 mL vin alb sec;
- sare;
- piper;
- boia dulce;
- 200 mL smantana lichida pentru gatit.

Mod de preparare:
Intr-o tigaie puneti untul si cele 2 linguri de ulei. Cand untul s-a topit, puneti crevetii spalati. Adaugati sare, piper, boia si 2 catei de usturoi dati prin presa. Lasati crevetii sa se prajeasca la foc mediu pana cand sunt bine facuti pe ambele parti. Legumele se curata, se spala si sunt taiate in bucati mari. Intr-o oala adaugati ceapa, pastarnacul, patrunjelul, telina si cartofii. Umpleti oala cu apa cat sa acopere legumele. Lasati oala pe foc pana cand legumele sunt foarte bine fierte. In timp ce legumele fierb, adaugati paharul de vin alb si usturoiul dat prin presa. Peste supa de legume adaugati crevetii facuti in tigaie si smantana lichida pentru gatit. Mixati totul cu ajutorul unui mixer vertical pana cand totul devine o supa crema. La sfarsit adaugati sare si piper dupa gust. Puteti servi supa crema de creveti cu crutoane sau paine prajita.

· 6 garlic cloves;
· 1 onion;
· 1/4 celery root;
· 1 parsnip;
· 1 parsley root;
· 4 large potatoes;
· 50 grams butter;
· 2 tablespoons oil;
· 150 milliliters dry white wine;
· salt;
· black pepper;
· sweet paprika;
· 200 milliliters cooking cream (liquid cream).

Method of preparation:
In a frying pan, add the butter and the 2 tablespoons of oil. Once the butter has melted, add the rinsed shrimp. Season with salt, black pepper, sweet paprika, and 2 garlic cloves pressed through a garlic press. Cook the shrimp over medium heat until they are cooked through and browned on both sides. Peel and wash the vegetables, then cut them into large pieces. In a pot, add the onion, parsnip, parsley root, celery root, and potatoes. Add enough water to cover the vegetables and cook until the vegetables are very soft. While the vegetables are cooking, add the dry white wine and the remaining garlic, pressed through a garlic press. Add the cooked shrimp and the cooking cream to the vegetable soup, then blend everything with an immersion blender until smooth and creamy. At the end, adjust with salt and black pepper to taste. Serve the creamy shrimp soup with croutons or toasted bread.
