Banane pane cu sos de caramel sarat/Fried bananas with salted caramel sauce
Ingrediente:
Pentru bananele pane:
· 2 banane mari coapte;
· 1 ou
· 3 linguri faina;
· 4 linguri de lapte;
· un praf de scortisoara;
· 1 lingura de zahar;
· un praf de sare;
· ulei pentru prajit.
Pentru sosul de caramel sarat:
· 100 grame zahar;
· 50 grame unt;
· 100 mL smantana lichida pentru frisca (30% grasime);
· 1/2 lingurita sare.

Mod de preparare:
Pentru a prepara bananele pane, incepe prin a curata cele 2 banane si a le lasa intregi sau a le taia in doua, in functie de dimensiunea tigaii in care le vei praji. Intr-un bol, bate oul impreuna cu cele 3 linguri de faina, cele 4 linguri de lapte, zaharul, un praf de scortisoara si un praf de sare, pana obtii un aluat omogen, usor gros, asemanator cu cel de clatite. Incinge uleiul intr-o tigaie la foc mediu. Cand uleiul este bine incins, trece fiecare banana prin aluatul preparat astfel incat sa fie bine acoperita si pune-o in tigaie. Prajeste bananele cate 3-4 minute pe fiecare parte, la foc mediu, pana devin aurii si usor crocante la exterior. Scoate-le pe un prosop de hartie pentru a elimina excesul de ulei.
Pentru sosul de caramel sarat, pune zaharul intr-o oala la foc mediu si lasa-l sa se topeasca fara sa-l amesteci initial. Cand zaharul incepe sa se topeasca si sa capete o culoare aurie, amesteca usor cu o lingura pana se topeste complet si are o culoare brun-aurie. Adauga untul si amesteca pana se incorporeaza, apoi toarna smantana lichida. Continua sa amesteci pana cand obtii un sos lucios. Ia oala de pe foc si adauga sarea, omogenizand bine.
Serveste bananele calde, stropite cu sosul de caramel sarat.

Method of preparation:
To prepare the fried bananas, start by peeling the 2 bananas and leaving them whole or cutting them in half, depending on the size of the pan you will use. In a bowl, beat the egg together with the 3 tablespoons of flour, 4 tablespoons of milk, sugar, a pinch of cinnamon, and a pinch of salt, until you obtain a smooth batter with a slightly thick consistency, similar to pancake batter. Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat. Once the oil is hot, coat each banana in the prepared batter so that it is well covered, then place it in the pan. Fry the bananas for 3–4 minutes on each side, over medium heat, until they are golden and slightly crispy on the outside. Remove them onto a paper towel to absorb the excess oil.
For the salted caramel sauce, place the sugar in a pan over medium heat and let it melt without stirring at first. When the sugar starts to melt and turns a golden color, gently stir with a spoon until it is fully melted and has a golden-brown color. Add the butter and stir until incorporated, then pour in the cream. Continue stirring until you obtain a glossy sauce. Remove the pan from the heat and add the salt, mixing well.
Serve the bananas warm, drizzled with the salted caramel sauce.
