Snitele pufoase din piept de pui/Fluffy chicken breast schnitzels
Ingrediente:
- 800 grame piept de pui dezosat si feliat;
- 3 oua;
- 8 linguri faina de grau;
- ½ lingurita de marar uscat;
- ½ lingurita de usturoi granulat;
- ¼ lingurita bicarbonat de sodiu;
- 100 mL apa;
- ½ lingurita boia dulce;
- sare;
- piper;
- ulei pentru prajit.

Mod de preparare:
Feliile din piept de pui se spala si se sterg cu prosoape de hartie. Luati fiecare felie si o bateti cu ajutorul unui ciocan de batut snitele. Bateti fiecare felie de carne pe ambele parti. Intr-un bol, spargeti 3 oua si adaugati treptat faina si apa. Amestecati compozitia pana cand este omogena si are consistenta aluatului de clatite. Adaugati sare, piper, usturoi granulat, marar uscat, boia dulce si bicarbonatul de sodiu. Amestecati din nou foarte bine.
Intr-o tigaie puneti ulei si lasati-l sa ajunga la punctul de fierbere. Luati fiecare bucata de carne si tavaliti-o prin compozitia de ou si faina. Aveti grija sa fie foarte bine acoperita. Puneti in tigaie snitelele si lasati-le la prajit pana se rumenesc si devin aurii. Le lasati cateva minute si dupa le intoarceti pe cealalta parte. Cand sunt prajite, le scoateti si le puneti pe servetele din hartie.

· 8 tablespoons wheat flour;
· 1/2 teaspoon dried dill;
· 1/2 teaspoon granulated garlic;
· 1/4 teaspoon baking soda;
· 100 milliliters water;
· 1/2 teaspoon sweet paprika;
· salt;
· black pepper;
· oil for frying.

Method of preparation:
Wash the chicken breast slices and pat them dry with paper towels. Take each slice and pound it with a meat mallet, on both sides. In a bowl, crack the 3 eggs and gradually add the flour and the water. Mix until smooth and it has the consistency of pancake batter. Add salt, black pepper, granulated garlic, dried dill, sweet paprika, and baking soda, then mix very well again.
Pour oil into a frying pan and heat it until hot. Dip each piece of chicken into the egg and flour batter, making sure it is well coated. Fry the schnitzels until they turn golden, then flip them and fry on the other side. When they are done, remove them and place them on paper towels to drain.
