Salata cu creveti si nuci/Shrimp and walnut salad
Ingrediente:
- 250 grame creveti decorticati;
- 20 grame unt;
- 3 catei de usturoi;
- 4 oua fierte;
- 360 grame salata mix;
- 1 legatura de ceapa verde;
- 100 grame masline verzi;
- 150 grame rosii cherry;
- 150 grame porumb dulce (conseva);
- 70 grame crutoane;
- 1 avocado;
- 50 grame miez de nuca;
- sare;
- piper;
- 2 linguri ulei de masline;
- 1 lingura otet balsamic.

Mod de preparare:
Intr-o tigaie puneti untul si lasati pana se topeste complet. Peste unt adaugati crevetii spalati. Adaugati sarea, piperul si usturoiul. Lasati pe foc pana cand crevetii sunt bine rumeniti. Intr-un bol puneti: salata spalata, rosiile taiate, masline, porumbul din conserva care este bine scurs, ceapa taiata, miezul de nuca. Curatati avocado si il taiati felii. Adaugati crutoanele si crevetii. Puneti sare, piper, ulei de masline si otet balsamic. Amestecati totul foarte bine. La sfarsit puneti ouale taiate in felii.

3 garlic cloves;
4 hard-boiled eggs;
360 grams mixed salad greens;
1 bunch green onions;
100 grams green olives;
150 grams cherry tomatoes;
150 grams sweet corn (canned);
70 grams croutons;
1 avocado;
50 grams walnuts;
salt;
black pepper;
2 tablespoons olive oil;
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar.

Method of preparation:
In a frying pan, melt the butter completely. Add the rinsed shrimp to the pan, season with salt, black pepper, and the garlic cloves pressed through a garlic press, and cook until the shrimp are nicely browned. In a bowl, add the washed salad greens, chopped cherry tomatoes, olives, well-drained canned corn, sliced green onions, and walnuts. Peel the avocado and slice it. Add the croutons and the cooked shrimp. Season with salt and black pepper, then add the olive oil and balsamic vinegar, and mix everything very well. At the end, add the hard-boiled eggs, sliced.
