Chec cu mere si nuci/Apple and walnut loaf cake
Ingrediente:
- 4 mere;
- 150 grame faina;
- 100 grame zahar;
- 100 grame iaurt;
- 3 oua;
- 2 linguri de ulei;
- 1 praf de copt;
- 1 praf de sare;
- 1 esenta de vanilie;
- 80 grame mix de migdale cu nuci;
- 1 lingurita de scortisoara pudra.

Mod de preparare:
Merele se spala, se curata de coaja si se dau prin razatoare. Merele date prin razatoare se storc foarte bine de zeama. Intr-un bol adaugati ouale, zaharul si iaurtul. Amestecati foarte bine cu un mixer. Dupa adaugati treptat faina, uleiul, praful de copt, praful de sare, esenta de vanilie si scortisoara pudra. Amestecati toate ingredientele foarte bine pana cand sunt complet omogenizate. In compozitia obtinuta puneti merele date prin razatoare si amestecati totul cu o spatula. Intr-o tava tapetata cu hartie de copt turnati compozitia pentru chec. Deasupra checului puneti mixul de migdale si nuci maruntite. Dati tava la cuptor (preincalzit la 200°C) timp de 50 de minute. Feliati checul dupa ce este complet racit.

1 teaspoon vanilla extract;
80 grams mixed almonds and walnuts;
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon.

Method of preparation:
Wash the apples, peel them, and grate them. Squeeze the grated apples very well to remove as much juice as possible. In a bowl, add the eggs, sugar, and yogurt, then mix very well with a mixer. Gradually add the flour, oil, baking powder, salt, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon, and mix until the batter is completely smooth. Add the grated apples and fold everything together with a spatula. Pour the batter into a loaf pan lined with baking paper. Sprinkle the chopped almond and walnut mixture on top. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 50 minutes. Slice the loaf cake only after it has cooled completely.
