Salata de paste cu ton/Tuna pasta salad
Ingrediente:
- 250 grame paste (colorate sau simple);
- 2 conserve de ton in ulei (160 grame conserva);
- ¼ ceapa;
- 2 catei de usturoi;
- ¼ ardei gras rosu;
- 50 grame rucola;
- 1 ardei iute rosu;
- 50 grame masline negre fara samburi;
- 1 lingura de ulei;
- piper;
- sare;
- susan.

Mod de preparare:
Intr-o oala se pune la fiert apa impreuna cu sare si o lingura de ulei. Cand apa a inceput sa fiarba, se adauga pastele si se lasa aproximativ 9 minute. Cand pastele au fiert, se scurg de apa si se transfera intr-un bol. Ceapa se curata, se spala si se taie foarte marunt. Intr-o tigaie se adauga cele 2 conserve de ton in ulei, ceapa taiata marunt si cateii de usturoi dati prin presa. Se lasa la foc mediu cateva minute si dupa se condimenteaza cu sare si piper dupa gust. Ardeiul gras rosu si ardeiul iute se taie marunt sau fasii (dupa preferinta). In bolul cu paste adaugati: rucola, masline, ardei gras rosu, ardei iute si tonul facut in tigaie. Condimentati cu sare, piper si susan dupa gust. Amestecati foarte bine totul cu ajutorul unei spatule. Eu am ornat cu lamai, rosii coapte si somon afumat.

1/4 onion;
2 garlic cloves;
1/4 red bell pepper;
50 grams arugula;
1 red chili pepper;
50 grams pitted black olives;
1 tablespoon oil;
black pepper;
salt;
sesame seeds.

Method of preparation:
Bring a pot of water to a boil with salt and 1 tablespoon of oil. When the water boils, add the pasta and cook for about 9 minutes. Once the pasta is cooked, drain it and transfer it to a bowl. Peel and wash the onion, then chop it very finely. In a frying pan, add the 2 cans of tuna in oil, the chopped onion, and the garlic cloves pressed through a garlic press. Cook over medium heat for a few minutes, then season with salt and black pepper to taste. Chop or slice the red bell pepper and the chili pepper, as you prefer. To the bowl with pasta, add the arugula, olives, red bell pepper, chili pepper, and the tuna mixture from the pan. Season with salt, black pepper, and sesame seeds to taste, then mix everything very well with a spatula. I garnished it with lemons, roasted tomatoes, and smoked salmon.
